Shipping and returns
Every piece is made for you, so here is exactly how making, delivery and our guarantee work.
Draft for review. Written for Ben and Rytis to check, and for a lawyer to look over before launch. Anything marked to confirm still needs a decision.
Making and delivery
- Making: 10 to 15 business days, starting once you approve your preview and pay.
- Shipping: up to 7 business days by insured express courier, with tracking. Your delivery window is shown in the designer before you order.
- Where we ship: the United States. Other countries: to confirm
- Duties and shipping are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
- Ordering for a date? Tell us when you send your design and we'll confirm whether it can arrive in time.
- Lost or damaged in transit: every parcel is insured. Tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll remake or refund it.
Our guarantee: exactly as approved
Because every piece is made to order, pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. But if your piece doesn't match the preview you approved, or the stone, carat, metal and certificate we agreed, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a few photos. We'll remake it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Cancelling
- Before you pay: any time, nothing to cancel. Previews and quotes are free.
- After you pay: within 24 hours for a full refund; after that your stone is ordered and making begins, so the order can no longer be cancelled.
Resizing
- We post a free ring sizer with every approved preview, before we make your ring. See the size guide.
- Resizing after delivery is charged at cost. Eternity and full pavé bands can't be resized.
